DO NOT EVER USE ON TRAC SHIPPING, THEY ARE A TOTAL NIGHTMARE & CAN'T MANAGE TO DO THEIR JOB IN ANY WAY!!

THE following is my experience w/them AFTER tracking on their site forever, calling their so called "customer service" numbers just to get messages to go track on website, NO LIVE PERSON ANYWHERE! u just can't find one. i already saw people's search frustration on google, trying to find a live person to talk to. this is ALL after & because of their incompetent drivers. i have had package after package (once again, from my beloved walmart, you'd think i'd move on huh? but every place has issues & drawbacks these days) NOT DELIVERED to me & worse: LIED ABOUT! suddenly walmart is telling me my requested return/refund, whatever is approved, i'm like wtf? refund what? return i never did? here r some of the "reasons" they've listed (in type of course, on site, double of course): delayed, lost, driver can't reach customer, customer not available, customer REFUSED package, customer refused package AFTER it was damaged, delayed, then damaged, then refused by customer. etc. etc. etc. let me tell u, i have never ONCE met, seen or experienced 1 solitary on trac driver, never spoken to one, never saw 1 out of the corner of my eye. nada. these are all BALD FACED LIES! soooo...i was trying to contact the company, as they are in possession of a package of mine again (thanks to walmart, not my choice), to try to HELP them, give them exact directions where i live, my gate code, etc. *though i have all of this listed on every single package from walmart to me* many drivers refuse to read anything, many refuse to notice them, many just don't give a flying fuck. just gimme my paycheck. & sadly, any walmart map system they use or any other map system online gives the WRONG directions! & i watch them from the text, on site map, go around the property in circles, never going to the right streets, just driving around & around, back & forth. i generally call them, if the # is listed & say "please read my directions", most of them thank me effusively. so, i say "very important, follow my directions only" & preface it w/PLEASE READ DRIVERS!

btw: how long has on trac been in biz? i'm gonna guess not much longer if this is their professionalism. what happened to DHL? are they still around. i knew their hub in N. long beach quite well, as they couldn't manage to deliver packages either. so i'd have to drive out & pick them up.

now i need to redact some personal info from below convo, for obvious reasons. let me assure u that ALL of my info was correct was perfect, though i was told over & over that my phone #'s (both of them, cell & home) were wrong or didn't exist.

"Immaculate" Review, kinda, the plot at the start, etc. review...

 i was excited to see the movie, i love suspense/thriller movies, horror movies - some, but this, once it started, i just wasn't feeling it. i love sydney sweeney (BIG Euphoria fan, which btw where IS euphoria? is it EVER coming back? been like 3 yrs!) ...anyway, love sydney, the girl can act her booty off, so gorgeous as well, naturally, lucky girl. prob. wasn't a complete sentence, but c'est la vie. so yeah, i started the film & i couldn't get into it. it didn't make sense to me WHY an american novice (nun to be) would got to ITALY, not speaking any italian, (just studying it on the plane to italy, really?) to become a nun? it doesn't make any sense at all! she has no family, friends there, but then as a nun, u give up all of that anyway. but NOT SPEAKING THE LANGUAGE!? minor detail, eh? there was some hackneyed explanation about how some monsignor, cardinal, whatever he was, having met her someone in the states or something? & asking her to come to HIS convent. is he a perv? is he evil? who knows. who cares really? i noticed the 5.1 or whatever imdb rating pre-purchase & SO wish i had paid closer attention to that. i don't go by critics & ratings all the time at all though, many times i don't agree w/them & besides who ARE these "critics" & raters? the rotten tomatoes people have it SO wrong & so off much of the time. who are they? who makes up the group? i know it's public, but also rotten tomato employees, so called experts. ha! not. there r EXCELLENT 4 star films they give 80% or even 60% to & horrid films they give high ratings, percentages to, they are all over the place in their wrongness. i agreed w/and trusted roger ebert when he was alive! HE was a great film critic! he's been gone quite a long time. i used to read his reviews when i was a little kid, though i wasn't in chicago & there was no internet. maybe i'm thinking of the show they had on tv when i was a little girl? siskel & ebert, they were usually arguing. it was on from '82-'99. wow, i don't think i knew it was on that long. wow! i digressed, sorry. i DID read his reviews though, i clearly recall that. 

so yeah, the start of the film, which featured the 1 italian girl from the last season of "the white lotus", the 1 who was sleeping w/the shy guy for $$ & scamming him. SHE is also beautiful & sooo talented, but her role was VERY quick, then she was gone, poof! not gonna give out spoilers. then it's onto sydney, another interesting actress that i'm not familiar with, (british maybe?) & some old, mostly creepy nuns that group around doing evil deeds, like witches in Macbeth, or devil worshippers. the later i'm sure, though aren't witches generally evil & devilish as well?

after a certain point of all of that, 1 cool scene ala Hitchcock of the lengthening hallway behind the priest she's confessing to, but as usual, ALL of the good scenes have already been WASTED & RUINED by being shown in the trailers & commercials, ad naseum. so, the only good things that they have in the film, they already blew their wad, trying to lure in an audience with. sometime after that, i turned it off & put on a good film or show. 

so, not a fan, maybe it got better? could be. i may catch up w/it on cable, or netflix or wherever it shows up later on. all these Euphoria actors are off doing so many other projects, it's no wonder it's taking forever to return. it IS supposed to return, maybe it's in post-production? hopefully. i haven't looked.  i do know that it's coming back though & poor Fez died! drug related, so sad & bad. poor guy. he was talented & i wanted to see where his character arc went, we had just recently gotten HIS story via an episode. i love how they do that. give each person's story per an episode. sam levinson is so talented as well! a bit of a perv too, if Euphoria & "the Idol" see: Johnny Depp's mostly always naked daughter, w/her nipple ledge tops & crotch-less everything. i think good old Sam is having a midlife crisis or something? drooling over & fantasizing over teenage & early 20's girls/women? not being judgmental, no, just an observation, it's really hard to miss. have we seen ANY penises on that show? oh wait, we have right, okay, but just a bit, nowhere NEAR the copiousness of female nudity we see. equality dude, not just what U want to see! sometimes imgination can be better too! sometimes it seems as is everyone is in a competition to out-whore each other, meaning who can go the furthest? who can show the most, who can shock the most. who can be the MOST violent? who can be the MOST sexual, who can be the most pornographic? etc. etc. etc. does it not feel like that? i know realism is good, i love realism, truth, honesty in art. don't agree w/censorship, so on. BUT i also believe in having class, morals, diplomacy, ethics, as blunt as i am & can be, i can curse like a sailor, but i don't believe in cruelty & abuse, obscenity for obscenities sake, exploitation, so on. okay, i'm going out far & away from what i was initially talking about.

VAGINAS: SELF CLEANING OVEN, so to speak...

 i'll say it again: THE VAGINA IS A SELF-CLEANING OVEN! u do NOT need to douche it is in fact BAD 4 u! it can cause infection, blah blah. another thing: there is a REASON we have hair down there, pheromones, protection, etc. u can groom being bald like a baby is creepy i think.

just my take on it. well, there's scientific facts as well, of course. most care about what is fashionable and/or what the sex they r into prefers, or their mate, blah blah. u should DO YOU, at ALL times! i say

MIRAGE CAR WASH, PV DR N. LOMITA, CA REVIEW- REALLY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

 haven't had actual car WASH there in years here's why...a friend & i went there 1 day, prior to "closing time", 10 min before, cutting it close i know, but we were ignored, no one would help us, tell us anything, they were already CLOSED, employees heading out, the whole shebang. we stood there for 15 min just trying to find out WHAT was going on, no one had the courtesy to tell us. i kept yelling out to employees (far far away), since none would come near us, i walked over to a few. never really got an answer or response, so we left. i THEN went back 2 MORE DAYS IN A ROW (this is not around the corner from me either! it's a drive), i went 30 min & more before "close', same deal. employees running out. NO HELP AT ALL!! finally, 1 guy who worked there laughed at me, i said "ur not supposed to be closed for another 30 minutes", he just laughed & said something rude. he was standing by the customers sitting, waiting for their cars to be dried, so they DID wash cars, i saw a few w/my own eyes 1 day, otherwise i would have started to wonder if it was a shell biz. i again, each time, had to STALK (i.e. try to find, go great distances) to even have an employee DEIGN to tell me something. 3rd day same deal, this time i yelled out "with this kind of customer service, u can plan for your business to close anytime now" & he flipped me off. again, employees were already walking out, walking down the street (underpaid as always i'm sure), but as we know there will always be people who will go there after church (my old church across the street RHCC), on their way home, which is 1 of the RICHEST cities (rolling hills & palos verdes) in the entire nation. once i heard it was THE richest city in the US. so yes, they have a great location for service. & i'm sure they will bow & scrape w/the best of them to all the richie rich's who come in, in their Benz's, BMWs, Rolls Royce's, (i don't think apostrophes go there?) etc. but i personally will NOT be given them MY patronage, until i see pigs flying by 1 day.

JUDY GARLAND book review, in the midst of....

 no one was there except for those IN the conversations & situations. unless lauren bacall specifically spoke to thim (i.e. the author), there is NO record of ANY of these personal conversations, w/judy, her children, her husband, directors, help, whomever.

i get the concept of "poetic license" as it were, but straight out making up full on conversations, situations, u name it, that just really, really bothers me. anyone can pull this stuff out of their behinds, right? "oh, i had convos w/judy garland, let me tell u verbatim every single word we said for years, though i wasn't alive or anything." 

i DO appreciate the wealth of pictures of judy, her films, et al, i have & have read other books where u were lucky to get a few, very few, lacking pics. so that is definitely nice to see. i'm placing the high price of this book (kindle version for me) on that alone, though the book IS long as well, it's overpriced in general. 

i also object to the ads for other books INSIDE this book as you're reading along, hawking books from the same publisher & of the same nature: celeb tell-alls, reveal-alls, again most HAD to be made up as well! there's only so much research can get u when it comes to these things. there is no private conversations & exact sexual descriptions to be had, again, unless u were there OR spoke to the other person who was there & i guarantee that didn't occur. those people are deceased and/or would NEVER tell a writer such things. 

okay, i had more to write, but gotta run, that's sufficient anyway...

WALMART ISSUES: AGAIN!! they asked me to review the agent i sat on the phone for an HOUR w/regarding my order left on a sidewalk, etc....

 because NOTHING WAS SOLVED!! now u have to sit on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hr, just to find out u have the WRONG DEPT or so they say. now refunds, returns, NON-DELIVERED orders w/liar drivers or just crappy drivers r NOT re-sent EVER, nor refunded (quickly, if at all). returns i sent in, orders i didn't receive, walmart cash that was STOLEN FROM ME (& not returned) and a $25 gift code u GAVE to me to make up for another crappy non-delivery issue and/or broken stuff, has to be sent off to a different dept! who will "decide" on such issues in 24-48 hrs which it has PASSED NOW! no decision, lovely. u guys really don't give a CRAP ABOUT UR CUSTOMERS DO U???? thanks for NOTHING & i DO MEAN NOTHING! where is my money back? where is my stolen walmart earned cash back?? WHERE IS MY GIFT CODE $25 STOLEN FROM ME BY AN ORDER U CANCELLED CUZ U HAVE DRIVER WHO DON'T TRY OR CARE, WHERE IS MY RETURN REFUNDS? MY REFUNDS FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED? WHERE IS ALL OF THIS WALMART?  i may as well burn my $$ in the trash or just hand it over to u to KICK ME or spit on me, this is how u are RUNNING YOUR COMPANY! not good. not good. get ready to kiss ur millions goodbye! oh wait, u still sell guns, right? oh, you'll be okay then. since everyone is in the people killing, gun owning business, you'll keep flourishing. good job!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm so fed up w/you & disgusted w/your lack of customer CARE & service! i should sue u for all the stress & turmoil u put me through!

 hi, i purchased this from u 8 DAYS AGO! i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! i don't understand what & why it is taking SO long! u r 1 state away from me, a 5 hr drive, i was supposed to receive it YESTERDAY! after waiting ages, nope, still didn't come, now it's "delayed" wth?? what is the problem? i sell on sites & i mail THE DAY I SELL SOMETHING! i gave u leeway, a courtesy wait, for something USED & OVERPRICED & yet i STILL dont' have it! again, ,wth? u really should get ur stuff together if u want to sell products! i still don't even have a "due delivery time"!! will i still be alive when this item arrives?" ok, hope to see it VERY SOON NOW! i could've driven to vegas 40 times & back by now & picked it up!! thanks!!!!!!

**to any readers, i figure i'm already typing up some crap, may as well post it elsewhere to vent my frustration, anger. funny, had a boyfriend w/a band name re that & that was their saying, about venting their anger, just occurred to me. seriously, though, it prob. seems like that's ALL i do, is vent, but no, it's totally not. i am generally a positive person & i REALLY, truly try to be positive, grateful, have gratitude everyday, etc. was thinking about that. how people rarely leave reviews about GOOD experiences, unless it was over the top great, something that blew their minds, but r SO quick to post bad reviews, cuz we r pissed, frustrated, feel unfairly treated, etc. want to BE SEEN/heard! also, to warn others. that is generallyl my main reason for reviews good or bad, to tell others, a recommendation or a warning if they don't like such & such to NOT go. so yeah, there's that...(as walt in "breaking bad" said). cheers :)

the HOURS i have spent, trying to copy it, embed it, email it to myself, share it, every fucking single thing to post this bloody thing on instagram, all for naught! wtf? i don't like instagram! i always refused to join it. 1. i don't take hundreds of pics of myself a day or even a year! 2. i'm not in LOVE WITH & OBSESSED w/myself, like so many others. 3. i HAPPILY do NOT live on my phone, the internet or social media. my life is NOT dictated by tik tok & trends like apparently almost everyone else who's alive, or below the age of ummm, 60? 40? i don't know. everyone else, their phone is like oxygen to them. i still remember the days (oh god, that makes ME sound old as dirt) when we barely had cell phones, or few had them, i had 1 i left in my car for emergencies only, that i would buy a card to add minutes. or even before when we had NO cell phones! NO INTERNET!! imagine!! gasp! kids are horrified at that prospect. horrified! haha, behind me the news on my tv just went to a commercial where someone is SCREAMING" WHERE IS MY CHARGER"? HAHA. oops, caps still. fyi, i use caps like italics i suppose, to emphasize a word, maybe looks shouty? i hope not, hence the explanation. 

yeah, so horror. u know christopher nolan, the great, esteemed, just won an OSCAR for best film "oppenheimer" & best director, et al, does NOT allow cell phones ON HIS SETS! (not sure about the crew, but actors for sure), which i think is BRILLIANT!! people's heads were NOT down, not focused on their phones & every incoming ding, ting & just plain hand grab addiction just to check, they were all FORCED TO SOCIALIZE, talk to each other, focus ON their jobs, be regular human beings, w/out the assistancce of technology. i think EVERYONE should jump on that bandwagon. 

back when i was on sets, they would just announce for us to silence our phones, etc. but back then people weren't so addicted. 

do how the fuck do u post other media to fucking instagram anyway? it's done! i've seen it done. the emailing it to myself to then create a file didn't even work, pulled up some old, funky version of my email (blame at & t/yahoo & their crappy service, professionalism, they literally blocked my out of my own email on & off for 2+ yrs, mostly during covid & they had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE CALLS, took me yrs for them to fix it. was all kinds of fucked up!).i tried to create a file & folder on my computer, but that wouldn't work either. WTF? i ended up w/hrs of wasted time, a backache (my chair in front of my laptop is too high, so it's PAINFUL to sit on compuer for hrs), same if i use my other laptop sitting indian style wherever, not so comfy after a certain point. ut still hunching over basically. i've only posted a few pics i uploaded on instagram. i joined to contact my former therapist, as she's on leave & i just wanted to tell her some GREAT news! that was months ago, she still hasn't responed. then friends found me, started following me. so i only uploaded 1 pic of myself for friend purposes, then others like my dragonflies having sex, family w/guns (BAD!), that's about it. y am i going on about this? gotta go. computer back is setting in, plus i have to work & do 1,000 other things. sigh. 

now here's elaine. the whole reason i am here. thought maybe if i posted it here, i could save/share it to myself & upload on INSTAHELL! cheers!
