DO NOT EVER USE ON TRAC SHIPPING, THEY ARE A TOTAL NIGHTMARE & CAN'T MANAGE TO DO THEIR JOB IN ANY WAY!!



THE following is my experience w/them AFTER tracking on their site forever, calling their so called "customer service" numbers just to get messages to go track on website, NO LIVE PERSON ANYWHERE! u just can't find one. i already saw people's search frustration on google, trying to find a live person to talk to. this is ALL after & because of their incompetent drivers. i have had package after package (once again, from my beloved walmart, you'd think i'd move on huh? but every place has issues & drawbacks these days) NOT DELIVERED to me & worse: LIED ABOUT! suddenly walmart is telling me my requested return/refund, whatever is approved, i'm like wtf? refund what? return i never did? here r some of the "reasons" they've listed (in type of course, on site, double of course): delayed, lost, driver can't reach customer, customer not available, customer REFUSED package, customer refused package AFTER it was damaged, delayed, then damaged, then refused by customer. etc. etc. etc. let me tell u, i have never ONCE met, seen or experienced 1 solitary on trac driver, never spoken to one, never saw 1 out of the corner of my eye. nada. these are all BALD FACED LIES! soooo...i was trying to contact the company, as they are in possession of a package of mine again (thanks to walmart, not my choice), to try to HELP them, give them exact directions where i live, my gate code, etc. *though i have all of this listed on every single package from walmart to me* many drivers refuse to read anything, many refuse to notice them, many just don't give a flying fuck. just gimme my paycheck. & sadly, any walmart map system they use or any other map system online gives the WRONG directions! & i watch them from the text, on site map, go around the property in circles, never going to the right streets, just driving around & around, back & forth. i generally call them, if the # is listed & say "please read my directions", most of them thank me effusively. so, i say "very important, follow my directions only" & preface it w/PLEASE READ DRIVERS!

btw: how long has on trac been in biz? i'm gonna guess not much longer if this is their professionalism. what happened to DHL? are they still around. i knew their hub in N. long beach quite well, as they couldn't manage to deliver packages either. so i'd have to drive out & pick them up.

now i need to redact some personal info from below convo, for obvious reasons. let me assure u that ALL of my info was correct was perfect, though i was told over & over that my phone #'s (both of them, cell & home) were wrong or didn't exist.
