1 of the ALL-TIME WORST walmart drivers & that's saying something. draft, should i post?

 i did NOT receive this & have had many issues w/this driver. i have had to DRIVE TO HIM to have it toss my heavy packages in the STREET! he did NOT deliver this item. he is a LIAR & full of BS. that is NOT the entrance. he called me & said "it's me" i said who? he hung up on me. he called from a cell & i told him what he did wrong he hung up on me! i TEXTED him to go to the gate, buzz my # & i would let him in. he did NOT! he supposedly left it on that street which is NOT AN ENTRANCE. he is an awful driver, i have had NUMEROUS hideous experiences w/him. he refuses to read or follow directions. hes going to go where he goes,& leave packages for anyone to steal. on sidewalks, in alleys, in parking lots, anywhere but where they GO! he tells OFF customers, he says he can't be bothered to go to proper address. he says he can't speak english. i have reported him over & over & over, been PROMISED he will NEVER DELIVER TO ME AGAIN. LIES!! I HAVE HIM SAVED IN MY PHONE FOR AGES. WANT $ & ITEM TOO

arghhhh I didn't finish this was just pissed/frustrated. hate having to relive bad experienced (bad workers) bullshit over & over & over again & yet that is what has happened.

whatever happened to customer service? 

My $2 Walmart wrong item they wanted me to drive 1-1/2 hrs to get a refund for EMAIL TO THEM re what I thought of this "plan"

 

ok, i JUST got off the phone from talking to Walmart right this minute. After having filed the return online & seeing that u want me to bring it back to the store. how does that make ANY sense to anyone?

the store is 40+ minutes from me. i would be returning the $2 item i bought from u that U gave me the incorrect one for & i would have to use an hour & a half of MY time (at least) AND far more than $2 in GAS just to go to the store. just to give it to someone there, have them look at it, then throw it into the trash. it can't be used! or resold, so WHY does it need to be returned? that's why i called walmart to question that & have that part cancelled. in all my years of walmart bad, wrong, horrifying deliveries, etc. i have NEVER been asked to return items!! especially if they are used, messed up, etc. 

i spent money on this, it should be the proper item. i get the WRONG item: same brand supposedly of band-aids but they are 4 shades darker than the same 1's i normally buy from u, & the box is cut up & taped together. 

so, i as the paying customer have to: complain about & try to DO something about getting the wrong item. then i have to get on phone & call walmart too because the "solution" u give me is asinine & senseless. u want ME, the customer, paying you regularly to use more of MY TIME, MY MONEY & my STRESS for YOUR MISTAKE!! how is that a proper or pleasant resolution for ANYONE? 

you want to scare MORE customers away?? all of your recent changes, like me paying every month for "free shipping/delivery", choosing replacements (another time sucker to support ur bad lazy drivers choosing wrong items to deliver cuz they don't care, so u can explain it as "replacements" & "substitutions", which i NEVER want!) & 500 other pages before you're allowed to check out are NOT good or helpful to the customers. only to walmart. the changes are stupid & wrong!!!! ask any online walmart orderer & believe me, i'm an EXPERT!

didn't u ever hear the customer is always right?? or that customer service is everything? 

the way u are "looking out for" your customers well it's just not happening at all, you just continue to make more & more decisions based on GREED & that's it. 

Oh, wait, i have a plan for my RETURN! YOU send fed ex or whomever to MY home door WITH my correct band-aids that i have ordered 20 times and hand them over to me, THEN i will hand over to him the BAD 10 shade darker band-aids & we are square. everyone is happy. but u r not going to do that, because u don't send out replacements for wrong or bad orders period, yet u MAKE the paying customers do that. hypocrisy!!
