WHY don't u snail mail out ANY coupons anymore? i know u print them out! so don't lie. we see them. new coupons. how about the lovely "promotion" you had that u mailed out to ex-smokers or everyone BUT me? the $25.00 off coupon? that you couldn't even call or request for? the reps stating they were "random", i noticed ex-smokers received them aplenty, isn't that sweet of u? also, where are my Xmas & bday coupons & gifts i used to get? u raise ur prices non-stop but not ur coupon value or how many we can get. we spend ALL of our money on YOUR PRODUCT & our health & u can't reward us w/coupons or gifts or price incentives or anything at all? we get a measly $3 off coupon a MONTH? r u joking? u must be laughing ur asses off! we just give give give & u take it ALL!! & whistle all the way to the bank? ur rewards r a joke! 18,000 entries, u pay w/ur points 500 times the amount that the item's worth AND your time (OUR time), by typing them in for centuries. capitalism is 1 thing, but insatiable greed is another! raise ur coupon values too! the other brands have, u greedy bastards! how's everything on your yacht i paid for? your children's private schools? good, i hope! thanks ever so. :)
just a lovely VENTING customer service message to Marlboro, who does piss me off. yes, i realize smokers choose to smoke! but they didn't know it was SO addicted & made to be addictive when starting. all the extra chemicals added. walmart SO ripped me off & bent me over this morning for the 800th time, it's not even funny, so i'm uber pissed off about that right now & happen to see Marlb somewhere & voila! :)
