Below is just ONE of my emails to them, where I had purchased 2 CD's from them on Amazon.com MONTHS AGO now & after being bullshitted by them nonstop & calling amazon over & over, i started investigating their profile on Amazon & elsewhere & they are BAD BAD PEOPLE! CON ARTISTS!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY & NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR ANYTHING THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH!! i know they have other names & will find those too. Okay so NOW i have to wait ANOTHER 10 DAYS from the current/last email that i sent you?? when i've already WAITED ALMOST 20 DAYS NOW!??
HOW WAS THIS PACKAGE SENT? THE PONY EXPRESS?? horse & carriage? is someone WALKING here from the UK to hand deliver it to me?? there is NO shipping carrier on this planet that ships this SLOWLY!
YOU did NOT ship it when i placed the order or even 2 weeks after i placed the order or even YESTERDAY after i contacted you again about the order. as i said your shipment method (that you claim it to be) says 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS> which again, i could have been shipped this order about TEN times or more by now, from people who actually SHIP out their orders!!!! WAIT 10 MORE DAYS??!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE! JUST REFUND MY ORDER & LET ME PURCHASE IT ELSEWHERE, SO I CAN RECEIVE IT IN A TIMELY & REASONABLE MANNER, NOT MONTHS OF WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
(okay NOW i am going to post ONE of their responses to me, the only reason that i think they are responding (because i've read many times elsewhere that they do NOT respond), is because I am having Amazon email them at the same time that I do, so they know they are on watch. they do NOT want to lose their sales store on there!!! so they are trying to pretend that they are good, above board business people when they are so NOT! okay here is one of THEIR emails to me (through amazon)...(notice i'm an "unable" to cancel my order with them, for months at a time, because it has been "shipped", hence my last email to them. boy that shipping sure takes months! i have ordered many things from CHINA & received it in DAYS! less than a week, 5 days or less! these people are unbelievable. though i have noticed that w/each proceeding email, they become less and less professional, though they keep trying to sell me the same party line! assholes.

This is me again, damn i'm in their font that i copied the email here for. anyway, nothing pisses me off MORE than LIARS, con artists, people who specialize in ripping others off, scammers, u name it. it makes my blood boil!
they should NOT be allowed to sell on amazon or ANY public forum at all. i'm going to call amazon again & report all this outside activity i've discovered. hopefully they will BAN them. i guess most have been too lazy to call & report them? though i'm sure the people who've said the same things i'm saying have called. arghh!
i am posting this as a public service & i really hope that people will google these people or at the least read their feedback or look them up at ALL, they have full on websites that look like a legit company that is selling stuff, but it is NOT legit. just more ways for them to rip people off!! their feedback on amazon.....(which most is positive, that's why i proceeded to buy from them. but NOW: i'm sure that's a scam, they posted their own good feedback, had friends, etc. but the bad feedback MORE than makes up for it!) i cannot WAIT to leave them feedback. oh my!
